What the photos show
- Red paint is glossy and even across the hood, doors and rear deck in the outdoor photos, with only a small paint nick visible ahead of the front wheel — budget for a touch-up, not a respray from these photos.
- Chrome bumpers with overriders, the hood handle and the rear luggage rack are all bright and straight — no chrome budget from these photos.
- Chrome hubcaps shine and the panel gaps look even for a 356, particularly around the doors and rear lid — no body budget from these photos.
- The engine bay is complete and original-looking, with honest patina and surface aging on the fan shroud and air cleaners — budget for a careful detail, not engine-bay restoration from these photos.
- No interior close-ups were among the photos sampled — the seats and dash are only glimpsed through the glass, so interior condition cannot be judged from these photos and deserves an inspection line.
Money: the exterior and chrome ask for almost nothing in the photos; the open money question is the interior, which the gallery barely shows.
