1978 Volkswagen Westfalia

• Beige paint is glossy and even over the nose and both sides, panels straight — no paint budget from these photos.
• The pop-top is raised in most shots and the canvas looks intact and evenly coloured with the screens in place — no canvas replacement budget from these photos; check the seals in person.
• Plaid seats, front and rear, are clean and bright with no tears or sagging showing, and the upper bunk cushion matches — no upholstery spend.
• The camper kitchen is complete and tidy — sink, two-burner stove, cabinets and table all present, with only small chips at a couple of cabinet corners — no refit budget from these photos.
• One cab floor close-up shows grime and surface rust spots on the painted floor by the seat base — budget a clean-up and rust treatment there.
• The engine bay is clean with freshly silvered tinware and tidy hoses and wiring — no obvious spend; one photo shows a set of removed intake parts laid out separately, so confirm what is fitted versus what comes as spares.
• No underside photos in the sample — can't judge it, hold back money for that inspection.

Money: at $20,500 the paint, canvas, plaid interior and complete kitchen all support the ask; the cab floor rust spots are the one visible spend, and the underside is still to see.
