About this car
1961 Porsche 356B 1600 Super Coupe listed on Hemmings in St. Louis, Missouri. Asking $89,900.
What the photos show
- The single photo shows red paint glossy along the side and nose, panels looking straight — no paint budget from this one view.
- Chrome bumper, hubcaps and sill trim look bright in that photo — no re-chrome money needed at this distance.
- Only one photo in the whole gallery — that is all the evidence there is, so budget for a full in-person inspection.
- No interior photo — can't judge the seats or interior, hold back money for that inspection.
- No dash photo — can't judge the dash or gauges, hold back money for that check.
- No engine bay photo — can't judge the engine bay, hold back money until it is seen.
- No underside photo — can't judge the underside, hold back serious money for a lift inspection, where 356 money is won or lost.
Money: At $89,900 the one photo shows glossy red paint and bright chrome, but with no interior, dash, engine or underside evidence at all, hold back money until the car is inspected in full.
