1974 Mercedes-Benz 450SL

• white paint is bright, glossy and straight in the studio shots, so no paintwork money is needed on what is shown
• chrome bumpers and grille are bright, and the rear badge reads 450 SL, matching the model name, so no re-chroming bill is visible
• red leather seats and door cards look excellent with strong color and no wear showing, so no reupholstery money is needed
• red dash top looks uncracked around the vents, though a modern Kenwood radio sits in the console, a small originality deduction that costs little to reverse
• engine bay is complete and tidy but honestly aged, with yellowed reservoirs and surface grime, so budget a bay detail rather than repairs
• hardtop headliner looks clean and sag-free in the cabin shot, so no headliner money is due
• underside shots show solid coated floors with scattered surface rust on the exhaust, seams and hardware, so budget rust treatment and exhaust work, not structural repair

Money: no sale price is recorded; the white-over-red car looks excellent above the waistline, which supports strong 450SL money, while the surface-rusty underside and aged bay explain why it would not reach freshly restored money.
