What the photos show
- Silver paint looks dull and flat across the hood, roof and doors in the outdoor photos, with no real gloss in the reflections — budget for paint correction at best and a respray at worst; a photo cannot tell which.
- The photographed Certificate of Authenticity lists Light Ivory as the original color, so the silver is a repaint — free to verify, and it sets where the paint money discussion starts.
- Body panels line up reasonably and the chrome bumpers and trim look straight, if aged — no obvious body-repair budget from these photos.
- Later-style wheels and a later front valance are fitted rather than 1965 items — originality money would go on correct wheels and trim if you want it as built.
- Exhaust tip is heavily rusted in the rear photos — budget for exhaust work, small on its own but a sign of the car's storage history.
- Engine bay looks aged and dirty, with tarnished carburetor and filter housings and old wiring — budget a recommission and detail, not just a service, and photos cannot say whether it runs well.
- No interior photo was among those viewed, so seats, dash and carpets cannot be judged from them — on a 1965 car, insist on interior and underside photos before pricing it.
Money: paint, exhaust and a recommission are the visible spends — the COA is pictured, so verify numbers first, then price the cosmetics.
