1985 Porsche 911

• Light blue paint is faded and patchy across the whale tail, rear deck and bumpers, with the front bumper rubber scuffed — budget for substantial paint work, not a correction, from these photos.
• The convertible top is torn at the rear with its window section gone and the folded frame exposed and weathered — budget for a complete new top, not a repair, from these photos.
• The interior is the worst of it: the rear seat cushions are torn open with foam spilling out and the front seat leather is cracked and split — budget for a full interior retrim, seats and carpets, from these photos.
• The door card shown is comparatively sound and the Fuchs wheels look straight — small mercies, so no door-card or wheel budget from these photos.
• The engine bay is complete but heavily corroded and rust-stained around the fan, compressor and canister — budget for a full recommissioning and engine-bay restoration, not a service, from these photos.
• Underneath, the floor pan shows multiple rust spots breaking through and the suspension hardware is surface-rusted — budget for a specialist rust assessment before pricing the pan work, from these photos.

Money: this is project money on every front — full retrim, new top, paint, engine-bay work and floor rust checks — priced as a restoration, not a driver.
