1973 Porsche 914 listed on Hemmings in Denver, Colorado, by Worldwide Vintage Autos, a large consignment dealership. The Hemmings page carries dealer boilerplate rather than car-specific description. Asking $21,900.
What the photos show
- The single studio photo shows red paint glossy and even from this front three-quarter angle, panels straight on the side shown — no paint budget can be set from one photo.
- Silver steel wheels with black centres in the same photo look clean, and the black Targa bar and bumper look tidy — no wheel or trim budget from this photo.
- The roof panel is off the car in this photo, so its condition and fit cannot be judged — budget for a roof check in person, not a roof from this photo.
- With only one photo in the gallery, the interior close-up, engine bay, trunks and underside cannot be judged at all — and a 914's rust lives exactly in those unseen places.
Money: one photo shows a presentable red 914 and nothing of its rust-prone underside — the inspection budget is the whole story here.
